Traditional inner-rotor motors often struggle with heat dissipation and torque consistency during heavy-duty tasks. Our Outer-Rotor Brushless Motors provide a significantly higher torque density and a natural cooling structure. This allows our 6" and 8" saws to maintain constant speed and "Zero-Burnout" performance even during full-depth timber cutting.

We utilize an aerospace-inspired Dual-Thermal Protection System. Both the battery pack and the PCBA controller are equipped with intelligent sensors. If the internal temperature reaches the 110°C safety threshold, the system triggers an automatic shutdown to prevent permanent hardware damage, ensuring the long-term reliability of your investment.

Most entry-level brushed tools use simple metal bushings which wear out quickly. We use High-Precision Ball Bearings in our customized 550 motors (e.g., Model 95134 & 95443), which reduces friction, lowers noise, and extends the motor's service life by over 200%.

Our standard interface is designed for maximum stability within the VORAN ecosystem. However, for large-scale OEM projects, we can provide customized interface solutions to match your existing platform requirements.

This refers to the Discharge Rate of our cells. "C" ratings define how much current the battery can safely release. By using high-end 5C and 10C cells, our tools can handle sudden high-torque demands (like hitting a knot in wood) without the voltage dropping or the tool stalling.

We provide a 12-month warranty on the motor and core electronic components. In case of a defect, we provide rapid diagnostic support via video and ship replacement parts or units via international couriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS) to ensure your project downtime is minimized.
