But one difficult day, a frustrating battle with an outdated mower almost dimmed that joy. The machine was clumsy, the blades were weak, and the breakdowns were constant. I realized I was spending more time wrestling with equipment than actually enjoying the task. This wasn’t how work should feel.

That day, a dream took root: to create tools that let you finish with a smile—giving you back more time for the breeze, the sunlight, and moments with those who matter most. That dream became VORAN.

Company Milestones

2011: The Foundation Jinhua Vortex Industrial And Trading Co., Ltd. was officially established in Yongkang, Zhejiang. We started as a specialized manufacturer of professional manual tools and hardware, laying the groundwork for our rigorous quality management system.

2015: Technological Pivot & ISO Certification Transitioned into the power tool sector. We successfully obtained ISO 9001 certification and established our first standardized production lines for corded impact drills and stone cutters, gaining a reputation for “Industrial-Grade Durability.”

2018: The Aerospace Engineering Leap A milestone year where we integrated a team of aerospace engineers into our R&D center. This led to the successful development of our proprietary brushless motor controllers and the transition from corded tools to the 20V Lithium-ion Platform.

2021: Global OEM Partnership & Certification Mastery Our manufacturing excellence was recognized by global industry leaders. We began serving as a trusted OEM partner for top-tier brands like Bosch and Sata. During this period, we secured German TUV/GS and VPA/GS certifications, solidifying our entry into the European premium market.

2024: Innovation Leadership & Outer-Rotor Era Launched the next generation of Outer-Rotor Brushless technology. With an annual output reaching 80 million RMB, VORAN has evolved into a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, PCBA in-house production, and smart battery management systems.
